Photo Project Day 15

YellowFlowerI’m so, so very tired right now as it was a super-busy day. But, I did happen to grab a few short rays this afternoon and as I was wandering around our yard on my mini-break, I spotted this lovely flower. It was pristine, perfectly symmetrical and I’m pretty sure this was its first day open. The amazing sheen of the petals captures the sunlight so well, but I added my mini reflector to help it pop. If you look close, you’ll notice the slight gradation of color from the bright yellow at the center moving out to a light peach at the petal tips.
