Photo Project Day 4
The subject for today was a bloom from a unique bromeliad, Acanthostachys Strobilacea. This South American native is a bit spindly yet the flowers form in the center of the long branch. This particular bloom had a water droplet resting on the top center blossom. If I wasn’t so exhausted from the day, I’d try and reshoot using a smaller aperture to also get the lower droplet on the branch in focus.
